Rebecca, our salesperson, was lovely to deal with and very informative and professional. I think that buying a Mini is mostly based on a heart decision? But it has to be backed up with expertise and knowledge.

I had a flat tyre and the AA assisted me and followed me to Stratstone - where Stratstone were extremely helpful in allocating a new trye and fitted it that afternoon. They provided refreshments and were helpful throughout.

I went in to see the team about a recall and Carol was really helpful. The team kept me updated on my cars progress and it was all done quickly. They even washed and hoovered my car.

Easy to book my car in. Dropped off my car at the allotted time and picked up later at the time given. Very straightforward, full report on my car and MOT completed.
