Dealer Principal
Sandra has been with MINI since the re launch in 2001, she is a great leader and friend to the whole team, we have a great spirit and working environment she works us hard and we are all striving to be a Five Star Dealer.
Sam is one of our Business Managers, she has a wealth of knowledge of the MINI brand, she started as a saturday girl, working her way up to adminstration and then Sales, theres nothing she cant do, you could say she is our very own winning apprentice!
Luke has been a member of the group for nearly 11 years, starting in the parts department and working his way up to the MINI Sales Controller..... which is where his heart truley lies, check out his big smile at the thought of a picture being taken!
Samantha has been with MINI for over 4 years, she is the blonde one of the team and is very popular with the customers, she is always at the top of the tree with her sales figures, playing on the sweet blonde image! you go girl!
Denise has been part of the sales team at MINI for nearly two years and worked for BMW for over four years before. She is one of the resvered members of the team except when she is telling stories and gets a few words muddle, giving the rest of the team something to giggle about!!
Lindsay is the newest member to our sales team, she started with us on reception and was a hairdresser before and still is fanastic at doing hair!! She is bubbly and enthusiastic, she always has the team smiling and laughing with her rapping and dancing, she does a great rendition of Miami to Ibiza!!
David has been part of the sales team since september 2010, he has fitted into the team and it feels like he has been here as long as Luke has.... His nick name is Dangerous Dave simply because he isnt!
Andy is our Sales Co-Ordinator, he has been with MINI for 2 and half years, the whole team will certainly agree that we couldnt do our jobs with out him, he seems to go and be every where, helping and working very hard...... however this doesnt stop him from have a little play on one of MINI's Sledges!!!
Maria is our newest member of the team, she has previously worked for BMW and the co op motor group. She loves shopping and cocktails!!! She has a great sales record and were all looking forward to working with her this year
Ian has recently joined us from Mercedes, he has been in sales for a long time and is great with customers. He has sloted into the sales team like a glove and is now a valued member of the team.
This is our Service Team, Carl Kendall is our New Service Leader, he was a graduate for Pendragon and has brought a great deal of knowledge and experince to our growing Service Department. Ian Rowland is our Service Advisor, he has worked with the group for around 9 years, he is great with customers, he is currently in the semi -finals for our prestigus Top Gun Awards which is recognition for the best of the best,nominated for Customer Satisfaction. Andy Fletcher aka Bogo is our most experinced Techinican, he is always happy to help and support the newest arrivals in the workshop. Wayne, Luke and Josh all started this year and have become great assits to MINI and the Derby Team. Richard is the newest member, carrying out service washes and providing customers with lifts where ever they wish to go...... Definatley the Best Team in the Midlands and all of our customers would certainly agree!
