As previous. Additionally the very poor level of empathy shown by a number of your staff has been disgustingly. For reference Grace & Matt have been extremely helpful, the same cannot be said for Lucy & Craig, who have both been appalling.

This is my 6th mini. Never in all those years have I sat picking up my new car and I'm receiving messages asking for fuel money and £99 for the V5 which you received by hand by myself the following morning

Online booking service was poor, filled in request twice without a call back. had to make the call. Requested to arrive at 8am to drop car for service only to be told that staff were not yet set up ready to check in customers. self check in not work

My Mini was serviced and MOT in the time period given. One star deducted for not refitting dash cam on completion although I found a member of staff who helped without any issue
