It's not that I'm dissatisfied; I wasn't very happy with the purchase process, but I was quite satisfied with the car collection. Overall, however, it was just average and rather disappointing.

The staff on the day were great. Oddly though, I had twice tried to book the service online, and having been informed that wasn't possible, I accepted the option to receive a call back. Nobody ever called me, so that process needs to be fixed.

I found communication poor. It was always me chasing for progress on the car, leaving messages for a call back twice. No call back given. When the car was returned it was dirtier than when given, inside and out. Just not good enough

Just amazing from start to finish. I've come to Stratstone after Sytner moved their service booking purely online. I need to speak to people, so hopefully Stratstone remain with a personal option, alongside online convenient booking.

It was thought car had been cleaned as offered, but this wasn't done despite picking up well after car had been returned to front of showroom.
