My initial contact was good then it went downhill. Resulting in the original order being cancelled and re-ordered, delaying the deliver date. Then `Tim took responsibility! His professionalism, empathy and knowledge was utterly amazing! Thank you!

As previous. Additionally the very poor level of empathy shown by a number of your staff has been disgustingly. For reference Grace & Matt have been extremely helpful, the same cannot be said for Lucy & Craig, who have both been appalling.

From the day I had a test drive, I was treated with kindness and respect. No question was left unanswered. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Communication was always open, up to the point when I took possession of the keys.

Unfortunately, when I came back after an hour and an half , I was told that there was something needing doing before the MOT, so had to wait longer. I had another appointment after this one, so I was late. The man did say that he tried to ring.

The customer service was satisfactory. Work carried out appears to also be satisfactory. Work which needed carrying out in the not too distant future, the price quoted was too high after having quotes from other places, that was a shame really.

The day of the service was great. The booking process was not the best as the person clearly was not listening to what I was asking. But the staff at stratstone once there were great. My daughter is just buying her first mini from them too

It is great that Kate and the team provide such an excellent service and are always friendly, welcoming and efficient. Great communication. My car drives better following the full service and the new brake pads have noticeably improved the braking.

Three days rather long time for a small wire replacement. Why are part not stocked in the body shop/garage. Thats quite ridiculous length of time. However, impressed with health check and little video thats sent. Communication from Kate is excellent.

My car went in for a rattling, my father in law is a mechanic and the parts that I was told had broke to cause rattling weren't next to each other as was stated one broke the other therefore assume it was broke while in for repair so longer time in

Very upset that I was charged for work to repair my windscreen washers. Was informed that it was not a warrant issue. I fail to see how a repair that involves removing the wheel arch cover is a general maintenance matter.

Vanessa was fab, explaining the work required and working hard to reduce the cost. Although, it was difficult to get through to anyone via the phone. Also I'm frustrated as my car was cleaned but left wet, so now has an awful damp and mould smell.

Really happy with check-in and communication. Only one thing that has reduced my rating. The error message I highlighted when I arrived was still there when I collected the car. It had to be taken back to the technicians to fix before I could leave.

My tyre pressure was low on one tyre and needed blowing up which wasn't done and was showing on the screen when you start the car up, also I was advised the break discs where low but having had a second opion they are ok, so I'm disappointed
