So there was a short delay in my delivery date but the staff at Mini Derby were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me to make up for any inconvenience. Matt/Grace/Lucy thanks for all your help .

The department was very busy, on a few occasions when I called to ask questions the call wasn't returned. However the collection date and the overall preparation was very good. The bow on cooper made it special. Not sure how old people cope with I.T

Brand new car was handed over with a damaged alloy - Something must have happened to wheel whilst it was being prepared. I was kept away from that side if the car during handover so seems obvious someone knew about the damage before hand.

Stratstone Mini have looked after my car at minimal cost since I bought it in 2018. The team is great. I am treated like part of that team the moment I arrive at reception. I may be moving away from Derby soon but will continue using Stratstone.

Had an issue with miscommunication of pricing, but service advisor was very helpful and I am satisfied with the work that was done. If communication was better it would have prevented any stress on my part and would have got a 5/5.

The customer service was satisfactory. Work carried out appears to also be satisfactory. Work which needed carrying out in the not too distant future, the price quoted was too high after having quotes from other places, that was a shame really.

The day of the service was great. The booking process was not the best as the person clearly was not listening to what I was asking. But the staff at stratstone once there were great. My daughter is just buying her first mini from them too

It is great that Kate and the team provide such an excellent service and are always friendly, welcoming and efficient. Great communication. My car drives better following the full service and the new brake pads have noticeably improved the braking.

Three days rather long time for a small wire replacement. Why are part not stocked in the body shop/garage. Thats quite ridiculous length of time. However, impressed with health check and little video thats sent. Communication from Kate is excellent.
