As previous. Additionally the very poor level of empathy shown by a number of your staff has been disgustingly. For reference Grace & Matt have been extremely helpful, the same cannot be said for Lucy & Craig, who have both been appalling.

Was kept informed. No major issues, although continually having to re-plumb the dash cam each time means that I have issues getting it to function properly.

Staff were very good kept us informed just a pity they couldn't repair the car Mini tech just kept saying fit this fit that still didn't get car running so paid for new parts that didn't work and still car doesn't run

I think that the service team on the day were great. There was confusion over which service my car was to have due to poor communication by the booking team but Kate, on the day sorted thi gs out and I was satisfied with the outcome.
