The department was very busy, on a few occasions when I called to ask questions the call wasn't returned. However the collection date and the overall preparation was very good. The bow on cooper made it special. Not sure how old people cope with I.T

I took my mini into Stratstone Derby and the team went over and above to identify the issue with my stop start function. Not only did they find the fault. They also fixed it within the same day. Amazing!!! Thanks Andy (Technician).

There was an issue with the quote for the work needed on my car. When I booked it in I was quoted £300, but when the confirmation came the price was £395. I discussed it with Vanessa at Stratone Derby and she was very apologetic

Courtesy car was promised on booking but on arrival there was no car available and I was told this was not an option on a Saturday. This meant we I had to be collected and then dropped back which is an hour round trip each time.
