First service of my Mini Countryman and also resolved a few app issues so very pleased. Minor point, ticked to have a complimentary wash but this was not done. Mini dropped off day before and pickup at 5.30pm next day so late in the day to chase up.

Car went in for a repair due to a fault on the car. Services team then broke another part on the car. It was kept n for another 2 days and no calls were provided to tell us when it was ready to pick up, or an offer for another vehicle over the 3 days

Jake was fantastic I was however rather annoyed at one of the ladies working in BMW. Not only did she complete ignore me when I walked in & no one was at the mini I desk but she then came over and interrupted whilst Jake was explaining my paperwork.

Very disappointed with the service. Didn't return phone calls, car not cleaned when we asked for this and final invoice was incorrect. However, the after service was much better (dealt with David Beardsall) who did correct the invoice error.
