It's not that I'm dissatisfied; I wasn't very happy with the purchase process, but I was quite satisfied with the car collection. Overall, however, it was just average and rather disappointing.

Courtesy car was promised on booking but on arrival there was no car available and I was told this was not an option on a Saturday. This meant we I had to be collected and then dropped back which is an hour round trip each time.

There was an issue with the quote for the work needed on my car. When I booked it in I was quoted £300, but when the confirmation came the price was £395. I discussed it with Vanessa at Stratone Derby and she was very apologetic

Stratstone Mini have looked after my car at minimal cost since I bought it in 2018. The team is great. I am treated like part of that team the moment I arrive at reception. I may be moving away from Derby soon but will continue using Stratstone.
