Stratstone MINI Derby were amazing, Rebecca my sales person and Grace one of the managers were just outstanding with the work and non stop effort they put in totally blew me away. Miles better than any other dealership!

All the staff were very efficient :) Hayley was amazing and grace too! Hayley helped me on collection on how to work my car before I drove away. Always there to answer Q's when needed. Overall an amazing experience and would go back again!

It was all very easy and trouble free. I had several reminders beforehand; phone, text and email. I was told they would try to get my car finished earlier than 5.00 and Kate who looked after me did so.

Only reason for not giving complete satisfaction is because times and finishing off paperwork etc was far longer than expected.
