I was remembered by the manager; she sold me a car roughly 6 years ago and even though it was another sales person dealing with me she still made time to come over and chat with me. that's what makes the service from Mini second to none!

I asked for my car not to be washed. This was complied with yet I didn't asked to greasy hand and arm marks on the roof, drivers door and window and door card. The OBD port cover had not been replaced either. Unprofessional.

To speak with a car salesman (team leader) without feeling pressured was a new experience for me. There was one blip when busy support staff failed to return a call but that was recovered by attention from the team leader. Actual delivery was superb.

There was some confusion with the timing of my appointment. I was told it was a MOT while you wait but the garage didn't have that!!!!
Derby misdiagnosed the fault with my brakes when I took my car on my first visit. Saying there was no problems with the brakes, when I knew there was a problem from day one. It proved my point 7 months later. Photos can be provided.
They carried out the work to our satisfaction.
No courtesy car available. If I had been notified of the possible issue I could have booked the car in, at my convenience and booked a courtesy car well in advance. Instead, was left stranded.

Excellent service. Staff very helpful. However once again, I need a very small part ( a small rubber nozzle) and these are not available to buy. I need to replace an entire back windscreen wiper and motor. Not environmentally sound or economical.

Impeccable service but the warrenty 'fault' wasn't found and the reason why my brake pads, ostensibly, are nearing the need for replacement after only 16,500 miles, was difficult to understand.
